Catering should feel like an extension of your style, not a buffet line. Maryna meets with you to learn the feel of your event, your colors, your guest list and the flavors you love.
Then we design a spread that fits: grazing tables for mingling, dessert bars for the sweet tooth crowd, a dipped strawberry bar for romance, and Hitched, our vintage horse trailer, when you want a showstopper.

Event hosts
We are happy to host your event for you. Our hosts run your food stations, refresh boards and keep everything picture perfect. Hosting is $75 to $125 per hour, per host. Food service only; we do not provide bar or alcohol service.

How many guests can you serve?
From small showers to large weddings. Share your guest count in the quote form and we'll design around it.
Do you provide hosts or servers?
Yes. Hosting is $75 to $125 per hour, per host. Hosts handle food service only. We do not host a bar or serve alcohol.
How do deposits and payments work?
A $275 non-refundable deposit secures your date and is applied to your final total. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. After that, a $10 per day late fee applies, and events not paid in full 14 days before the date are cancelled with no refund.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free within Redding city limits. Outside the city, delivery is $1 per mile both ways, measured from the Redding Civic Center at 700 Auditorium Dr.
What areas do you cater?
Shasta County and surrounding counties. Ask us about your venue.
What do you need from me before the event?
About a week or two out, we send a Final Details form to confirm your guest count, setup time, allergies, must have and skip items, menu choices, setup location and any venue rules about parking, loading or timing.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes, though a covered area away from heat, sun and rain works best for food. We do not provide tents or shelter.
Do you provide décor and serving pieces?
Many setups include our décor and serving equipment. These items carry a refundable equipment deposit and must be returned within 48 hours of your event. Your deposit is refunded once everything is back in its original condition.
Can you work with food allergies?
Our kitchen is not an allergen free or gluten free facility, and we cannot guarantee any item is free of wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, shellfish or other allergens. Please tell us about allergies when you request a quote.
